Points may become inactive after 90 consecutive days without a bet. The point counter resets at the end of each calendar year, though your existing tier benefits remain active for the first three months of the following year.

Every Monday, cashback is calculated on the net losses from the previous week (Monday–Sunday) based on your tier. It is typically credited to your account by 10:00 AM on Monday. Cashback carries no wagering requirements.

Your tier will not be downgraded mid-year. A tier change can only happen after the annual reset if sufficient points are not re-earned in the new year. For active players, this is rarely ever an issue.
